| Born and raised in Plainville, CT. Billy comes from a family of crafters. An accomplished hair stylist for over 25 years, he extends his talents into making jewelry. Making beaded earrings, necklaces & bracelets is his interest. He uses various stones & glass beads. The reuse of antique beads which cannot be found today are incorporated into many of his pieces. To change one form into something totally different challenges his artistic abilities. His works can be found at "The Creative Store" in Harftford, CT.
